我国猕猴桃病毒病发生种类与检测技术研究进展

Advance of Research in Viral Species and Detection Technology of Kiwifruit in China

中国是世界猕猴桃的原产地,近年来,随着猕猴桃种植面积的扩大,猕猴桃病毒病发生种类急剧增加。病毒病是一种潜伏期长,在生产上有巨大隐患的病害,由于病毒的长期侵染,导致果树自身抗逆性降低,受害猕猴桃常常表现出整株发育不良、矮化、生长缓慢;叶片主要表现出斑驳、黄化,花叶等症状,严重影响猕猴桃的品质,为整个产业带来潜在的风险。本文系统介绍了猕猴桃病毒病的发生情况,综述了病毒的种类、为害症状和检测技术。分析了病毒病研究中亟需解决的问题,并提出研究展望,以期为猕猴桃抗病毒育种、病害预测预报及病毒生物学特性的研究提供基础资料。

As the birthplance of kiwi fruit,China has experienced a significant increase in the number of viral species affecting the crop in recent years.These long-latency diseases can have serious implications for production,as infected plants are stunted,dwarfed,and have reduced stress resistance.In this paper,we provided a systematic overview of the occurrence and distribution of kiwifruit viral diseases,including an analysis of their symptoms and detection techniques,and biological characteristics.We also identified key research gaps and propose potential solutions to improve kiwifruit anti-viral breeding,disease prediction,and biological characteristicsThis paper aims to provide valuable insights into the basic information necessary to advance research in this field.
