聚焦政校企合力,产教融合助推职教高质量发展

Focusing on Joint Efforts of Government,Schools and Enterprises,Advancing towards High-quality Development of Vocational Education

“政校企”三方合作是推进产教融合、科教融汇的重要途径,对此高职院校已经展开多年探索,但在合作过程中发现“政校企”三方在政府的主导作用、校企双方的追求目标、高校教师的技术技能等方面依然存在一些不足。文章对于高职院校在“政校企”合作中遇到的困境进行总结分析,并尝试从职责、目标与机制等维度提出具体改进的方法及发展路径。

The tripartite cooperation among government,schools,and enterprises lays pivotal groundwork for industry-education and science-education integration.In spite of years’exploration on this issue on the part of higher vocational colleges,it has been found that there is still great room for improvement in government's leading role,pursuit goals of both schools and enterprises,and technical skills of college faculties.The paper aims to summarize and analyze dilemmas confronting vocational colleges in terms of this tripartite cooperation framework,in an attempt to propose specific enhancement methods and development paths from dimensions of responsibilities,goals,and mechanisms.
