基于OBE理念的地方本科高校实践教学运行体系研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Operation System of Teaching in Local Undergraduate Universities Based on OBE Concept

根据教育部的部署和导向,结合地方应用型高校的建设要求,以高校教学管理部门的视角,基于OBE理念及本科生胜任力洋葱模型,提出了地方本科高校教学运行体系构建的思路,旨在根据从业人员岗位能力和素质的要求,有针对性地构建实践教学运行体系,为不同学科、专业的实践教学体系建设提供参考。校内各专业可在学校实践教学体系的基础上细化实践教学举措、升华OBE育人理念,瞄准毕业生职业胜任力,全面提升专业人才培养质量,并逐步形成自身的应用型人才培养特色和实践路径。为评价实践教学运行体系质量,本研究提出了实践教学运行体系质量评价指标体系,以促进各专业构建实践教学质量闭环。基于本路径构建的实践教学运行体系经过一轮教育部本科教学工作审核评估检验,各专业均基于此构建拥有自身特色的实践教学体系,其育人成效得到教育部评估专家的一致认可。

According to the deployment guidance of the Ministry of Education of China,aiming at meeting the construction requirements of local application-oriented universities,from the perspective of teaching management departments,the present study proposes a route for constructing the operation system of practical teaching in local undergraduate universities based on OBE concept and the Competency Onion Model of undergraduates.The purpose is to construct the operation system according to the requirements of job competence and quality of employees,and provide reference for different disciplines and specialties.By refining the practical teaching measures,upgrading the OBE education concept,aiming at graduates' professional competence,different specialties can improve the quality of professional talents effectively,correspondingly form its own characteristics and practice path for application-oriented talents cultivating.To evaluate the quality of the practical teaching operation system,the present study proposes a quality evaluation system for the operation system of practical teaching,aiming to promote the construction of the closed quality loop for all the specialties.The operation system of practical teaching based on this route has been verified by the audit assessments of undergraduate teaching of the Ministry of Education of China.All specialties in Wuzhou University have constructed the practical teaching system which is of its own characteristics,therefore,the achievement of the talents training has been unanimously recognized by evaluation experts of the Ministry of Education of China.
