Technology and Thought:Logical Analysis of Dao Yin Historical Materials

史料是历史研究的基础,史料的完整发掘和准确运用与研究者的知识体系和价值观念有着重要的逻辑关联。当下的导引研究更专注于技术层面的认知与论述,而相对忽视导引技术所涉及的知识、人物、事件和思想层面的内容。导引的技术与思想在不同历史时期的不同文献和不同历史时期的同一文献不同版本中被反复记录和迭新是突破由认识不足导致的史料缺乏的关键路径。在对导引功法六字诀和八段锦发生、发展进程中相关史料进行全面梳理的基础之上,建构起兼顾技术史和思想史的导引史料扩展逻辑,力求在历史中寻绎被身体认知和医学理论建构而成的导引发展逻辑,进而从更宏阔的身体语境中认识中国的传统文化。

Historical materials are the basis of historical researches.The complete excavation and accurate use of historical materials are logically related to the knowledge system and values of researchers.At present,Dao Yin researches focus more on the basic cognition and discussion at the technical level.Dao Yin technology is relatively ignored in terms of knowledge,people,events and ideas.The lack of historical data due to the lack of understanding of the historical significance of different or the same guidance of technology and thought in different periods is the major reason.Based on a comprehensive review of the historical materials related to the occurrence and development of Liu Zi Jue and Ba Duan Jin,this paper establishes a kind of guiding historical materials expansion logic with consideration to both technological history and intellectual history.The purpose is to reveal the guiding logic of development in history,which is composed of body cognition and medical theory so as to understand the traditional Chinese body culture from the body context.
