基于BTM的人工智能赋能职业技能习得的伦理风险

摘要 人工智能与职业教育教学的深度融合,是助推职业教育数字化转型和智能升级的重要途径。然而,人工智能技术的跃迁式发展会对职业教育教学进行技术性反向控制,较易引发教育伦理风险。基于此,文章结合双词主题模型(Biterm Topic Model,BTM)数据挖掘和文本共线网络分析数据可视化的优势,设计了基于BTM的研究框架。依托此框架,文章开展了实验语料库搭建、运行BTM、伦理风险释义,并利用文本分析方法分析了人工智能技术应用于职业技能习得的伦理风险案例,总结出当前人工智能赋能职业技能习得过程中存在的五对伦理风险,即思维僵化与信息茧房、情感遮蔽与职业失德、资源割裂与学习浅层、角色迷航与操作僵化、工具理性与自我困厄。文章对案例数据的挖掘和解释,有助于规避和约束伦理风险。 The deep integration of artificial intelligence(AI)and vocational education teaching is an important way to promote the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of vocational education.However,the leapfrog development of AI technology will carry out technical reverse control on vocational education and teaching,which is more likely to cause educational ethical risks.Accordingly,this paper designed a research framework based on biterm topic model(BTM)by combing the advantages of data mining of BTM model and data visualization of text collinear network analysis.Relying on this framework,the paper carried out the experimental corpus construction,the BTM operation,and the ethical risk interpretation,and used the text analysis method to analyze the ethical risk cases of the application of AI technology to vocational skills acquisition,and summarized five pairs of ethical risks existing in the current process of AI-empowered vocational skills acquisition,namely,the rigid thinking and information cocoon,the emotional shading and professional moral loss,the resource segmentation and shallow learning,the role trepidation and operation rigidity and the instrumental rationality and self-difficulty.The mining and interpretation of the case data in this paper were helpful to avoid and restrict the ethical risks.
