“双减”背景下数据支持的分层作业设计策略 被引量:4

摘要 “双减”政策鼓励布置分层作业,而在技术的支持下,课前、课中、课后的教学数据将有效助力分层作业的设计与实施。基于此,文章针对作业设计与实施中存在的问题,利用教育数据的价值,依托“因材施教”和多元智能理论,从学生分层、作业设计与布置、作业评析三个方面提出数据支持的分层作业设计策略。之后,文章通过准实验研究,将数据支持的分层作业设计策略应用于教学实践,发现:师生对数据支持的分层作业认可度较高,学生的学习方法、学业成绩、学习态度和学习信心都有积极变化,教师的作业设计能力得以提升。文章提出并实践的数据支持的分层作业设计策略对于减轻学生过重作业负担、提高作业设计质量、加强作业指导与反馈具有一定的参考价值,并有助于实现为落实“双减”政策而提出的科学、合理布置作业的目标。 The“double reduction”policy encourages the layout of hierarchical homework,and the teaching data collected before,during and after class with the support of technology will effectively help the design and implementation of hierarchical homework.Based on this,in view of the problems existing in homework design and implementation,this paper utilized the teaching data value,relied on“teaching according to ability”and multiple intelligences theory to propose the hierarchical homework design strategies supported by data from three perspectives of student stratification,homework design and assignment,and homework evaluation.After that,through a quasi-experimental study,this paper applied the hierarchical homework design strategies supported by data to teaching practice,and found that teachers and students highly appreciated hierarchical homework supported with data.There were positive changes in students’learning methods,academic performance,learning attitude and learning confidence.Meanwhile,teachers’ability to design homework was improved.The hierarchical homework design strategies supported by data proposed and practiced in this paper had certain reference value for reducing students’excessive homework burden,improving the homework design quality,and enhancing homework guidance and feedback,as well as helping to achieve the goal of scientific and reasonable homework assignment for the implementation of the“double reduction”policy.
