摘要
鸢尾素属于肌细胞分泌因子,在诱导脂肪褐变和调节能量代谢中具有重要作用。肌骨系统是影响机体运动干预能力、代谢水平、生物调节、以及内分泌功能特性的重要组成部分。肌骨系统的退化性萎缩现象必然导致肌骨共减综合征的形成。研究发现鸢尾素作为运动因子,由肌肉响应运动刺激分泌并释放入循环,在肌骨系统的生理进程中具有重要作用。在运动干预刺激下,鸢尾素分泌水平提高。一方面,鸢尾素可作用于肌肉组织,刺激肌纤维细胞生长、增殖,影响肌肉的生长发育;另一方面,鸢尾素可作用于骨骼组织,调节成骨细胞、骨细胞和破骨细胞等信号传递,影响骨骼的生长发育。本文旨在探究鸢尾素对肌骨系统的调节机制,为运动干预介导鸢尾素改善机体肌骨系统健康发展提供理论依据。
Irisin is a muscle cell secreted factor with a key role in inducing fat browning and regulating energy metabolism.The musculoskeletal system is an important part that affects the body's ability to intervene in exercise,metabolism,biological regulation and endocrine function characteristics.The degenerative atrophy of the decrense musculoskeletal system will inevitably lead to the decrease formation of musculoskeletal syndrome.Studies have found that irisin,as an exercise factor,is secreted by muscle in response to exercise and released into the circulation and plays an important role in the physiological process of the musculoskeletal system.Stimulated by exercise intervention,irisin secretion levels increased.On the one hand,irisin can act on muscle tissue,stimulate the growth and proliferation of muscle fiber cells,and affect the growth and development of muscle.On the other hand,irisin can act on skeletal tissue,regulate the signal transmission of osteoblasts,osteocytes,and osteoclasts,and affect the growth and development of bone.This paper aims to explore the regulatory mechanism of irisin on the musculoskeletal system,and to provide a theoretical basis for exercise intervention mediated by irisin to improve the healthy development of the body's musculoskeletal system.
