Accelerating High Level Development of Academic Journals with High-Quality Scholars’Running

依靠高水平学者办刊是加快推进学术期刊高质量发展的必由之路。筑牢学术期刊生存底板和加快推进学术期刊高质量发展是高水平学者办刊的应然功能。我国积极推进学者办刊。目前学术期刊呈现体量大且学科门类齐全、学术内容质量和传播力影响力持续提升的发展格局,同时内在面临学者办刊队伍学术功能总体偏弱、外在面临学术期刊引领学术发展普遍有限的现实困境。据此,提出了学会办刊、集群办刊、联合办刊三种高水平学者办刊创新模式。

Relying on high-level scholars to run journals is the only way to accelerate the high-quality development of academic journals.To strengthen the survival of academic journals and accelerate the high-quality development of academic journals is the nec-essary function of high-level scholars running journals.China actively promotes scholars to run journals.At present,academic jour-nals present a development pattern of large volume,complete subject categories,and continuous improvement of academic content quality and communication influence.At the same time,academic journals are also faced with a realistic dilemma,that is,the aca-demic function of the academic team is generally weak,and academic journals are generally limited in leading academic develop-ment.Based on this,this paper puts forward three innovative models of academic journals,namely,academic journals,cluster jour-nals and joint journals.
