摘要
食品抽检是食品质量安全监督管理的重要手段,抽检工作的质量将直接影响食品质量安全的监督管理效果。本文在简要阐述食品安全监督抽检及其工作原则的基础上,对现阶段抽检工作存在的普遍性问题进行总结,对问题的解决方法进行探讨,以期为食品安全监督抽检工作的规范化发展提供参考,为食品质量安全监督管理工作的高质量开展提供有力支撑。
Food sampling inspection is an important means of food quality and safety supervision and management.The quality of sampling inspection work will directly affect the supervision and management effect of food quality and safety.This paper will briefly based on the food safety supervision and sampling principle and the universality of the sampling of the present problems,discusses the solution to the problem,in order to provide reference for the standardization of the development of food safety supervision and sampling work,for the food quality and safety supervision and management of high quality to provide strong support.
