摘要
本文介绍了调味料的产品分类情况,阐述了调味料的基本生产流程及其关键工艺控制要求以及泉州市调味料现场核查工作现状,总结分析了泉州市调味料现场核查问题,并针对问题提出了解决对策,为规范泉州市调味料生产加工提供了一定的可行性经验。
This paper introduces the product classification of seasoning,expounds the basic production process and key process control requirements of seasoning and the status quo of seasoning on-site inspection in Quanzhou city,summarizes and analyzes the problems of seasoning on-site inspection in Quanzhou city,and puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems,which provides some feasible experience for standardizing the production and processing of seasoning in Quanzhou city.
