Aseptic tank equipment,as a temporary storage tank for sterile liquid products,is widely used in dairy processing.This article takes a sterile tank from a certain company as an example.It was expected to provide references of aseptic tank selecting and quality controlling in the aseptic filling process,by introducing the structure and use of aseptic tank,as well as summarizing the application characteristics and quality control in the sterile filling process.
