摘要
本文根据RB/T 214—2017要求,对标准方法《生活饮用水标准检验方法 第5部分:无机非金属指标》(GB/T 5750.5—2023)(7.3)进行方法验证,使用流动注射法测定生活饮用水中的氰化物,试验测得标准曲线相关系数(r)为0.999 7;方法检出限为0.47μg·L^(-1);定量下限为1.88μg·L^(-1);加标回收率为97%~101%;精密度在0.80%~1.35%。结果表明,标准曲线线性良好,方法检出限、准确度、精密度等指标均满足相关标准的要求,表明本单位已具备采用流动分析法分析检测生活饮用水中氰化物的能力。
In this paper,according to RB/T 214—2017 requirements,the standard method GB/T 5750.5—2023(7.3) was verified.The flow injection method was used to determine cyanide in drinking water,and the correlation coefficient(r) of the standard curve was 0.999 7.The detection limit was 0.47 μg·L^(-1).The lower limit of quantitation was 1.88 μg·L^(-1).The recoveries were 97% ~ 101%.The precision is 0.80% ~ 1.35%.The results showed that the standard curve was linear and the detection limit,accuracy and precision of the method met the requirements of relevant standards,indicating that the unit had the ability to analyze and detect cyanide in drinking water by flow analysis method.
