摘要
篮球运动员在长期的比赛训练过程中,经常会出现身体疲劳和运动损伤等情况,此时篮球运动员应及时通过补充营养及身体体能,在提升自身营养水平的同时保持良好的竞技状态。本文基于篮球运动与饮食营养的内在联系,结合运动营养学理论,对篮球运动的供应特点、篮球运动员补充营养的总体要求以及运动员饮食营养补充的意义进行分析,并提出专业化的运动员饮食补充策略。
Basketball players often suffer from physical fatigue and sports injury during long-term competition training.At this time,basketball players should timely supplement nutrition and physical strength through diet to improve their own nutrition level while maintaining a good competitive state.Based on the internal relationship between basketball and diet nutrition,combined with the theory of sports nutritional science,this paper analyzes the supply characteristics of basketball,the general requirements for basketball players to supplement nutrition,and the significance of athletes' diet nutrition supplement,and puts forward professional athletes' diet supplement strategies.
