摘要
目的:探究饮食护理干预对糖尿病肾病患者的应用价值。方法:以80例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,按照数字表随机分为两组,对照组40例患者予以常规护理,观察组40例患者常规护理和饮食护理干预,比较两组患者护理后的饮食依从性、蛋白质与热量摄入量、生存质量评分。结果:观察组患者的饮食依从性显著高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者的蛋白质及热量摄入量显著高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者的生存质量评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:将饮食护理干预应用于糖尿病肾病患者有非常好的临床效果,可以提高患者对饮食的依从性,增加患者对蛋白质及热量的摄入量,改善患者的生存质量,值得在临床上推广。
Objective:To explore the application value of dietary nursing intervention in diabetic nephropathy patients.Method:80 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups according to the number table,40 patients in the control group received routine nursing,40 patients in the observation group received routine nursing and dietary nursing intervention,and compared the dietary compliance,protein and calorie intake and quality of life scores of patients in the two groups after nursing.Result:The dietary compliance of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).The protein and calorie intake of observation group were significantly increased compared with control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of dietary nursing intervention in diabetic nephropathy patients has a very good clinical effect,which can improve patients’dietary compliance,increase patients’protein and calorie intake,and improve patients’quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
