饮食指导与家庭支持护理在慢性肾脏病维持性血液透析患者营养改善方面的应用

Application of Dietary Guidance and Family Support Nursing in Nutritional Improvement of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease

目的:运用饮食指导与家庭支持护理干预慢性肾脏病维持性血液透析患者,并分析其应用效果。方法:2022年1—12月,以接受维持性血液透析的慢性肾脏病患者为对象,共计74人,分为对照组与观察组,每组37人。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受饮食指导与家庭支持护理,观察两组干预效果。结果:干预后,观察组的热量、脂肪供能占比均显著高于对照组,P <0.05,碳水化合物供能占比显著低于对照组,P <0.05,两组蛋白质对比无差异,P> 0.05;观察组患者生活质量高于对照组,P <0.05;观察组护理满意度高于对照组,P <0.05。结论:饮食指导与家庭支持护理在慢性肾脏病维持性血液透析患者营养改善方面发挥了重要作用,能改善患者的营养状况,提升患者的生活质量,护理效果满意,值得推广。

Objective:To use dietary guidance and family support to intervene in patients with chronic kidney disease and analyze its effect.Method:From January to December 2022,a total of 74 patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 37 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received dietary guidance and family support care,observing the intervention effect of both groups.Result:After intervention,the proportion of calories and fat energy supply in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),the proportion of carbohydrate energy supply was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and there was no difference in protein comparison between two groups(P>0.05).The quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;the nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Dietary guidance and family support nursing play an important role in the nutritional improvement of maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic kidney disease.It can improve the nutritional status of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and the nursing effect is satisfactory,which is worth promoting.
