摘要 食品安全一直是公众关注的焦点,微生物污染是引发食品安全问题的重要因素之一。因此,食品检验中微生物检测技术的应用研究具有重要的理论和实践意义。本文综述了食品检验中微生物检测技术的应用,期望为食品安全监管机构、食品生产者和相关研究人员提供参考,促进食品检验技术的发展和创新。 Food safety has always been the focus of public attention,and microbial contamination is one of the important factors triggering food safety problems.Therefore,the study of the application of microbial detection technology in food inspection has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper reviews the application of microbial detection technology in food inspection,expecting to provide references for food safety regulatory agencies,food producers and related researchers,and to promote the development and innovation of food inspection technology.
