摘要
为提高蒸压加气混凝土砌块的抗压强度,改善制品气孔结构和优化性能,通过讨论钙硅比确定了粉煤灰蒸压加气混凝土的基本配合比,在此基础上,用硅灰、矿渣两种掺合料等量取代粉煤灰,研究了蒸压加气混凝土的抗压强度、气孔结构、XRD、SEM。研究结果表明,当掺加5%的硅灰时,蒸压加气混凝土的绝干容重为670kg/m^(3),强度高达9.72MPa,增加了16.27%;当掺加5%的矿渣时,蒸压加气混凝土的绝干容重为690kg/m^(3),强度高达9.38MPa,增加了12.2%。蒸压加气混凝土的主要水化产物为水化硅酸钙、托贝莫来石、水石榴子石以及未反应完全的二氧化硅。
In order to improve the compressive strength of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete blocks,improve the pore structure and optimize the performance of products.Through the discussion of C/S ratio determines the mixture ratio of fly ash Autoclaved Aerated Concrete,on this foundation,use two kinds of mineral admixtures silica fume and slag,in replace of fly ash,to research the compressive strength,pore structure,XRD and SEM of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete.The results show that the mixed with 5%silica fume,the Autoclaved Aerated Concrete dry bulk density is 670kg/m^(3),the compressive strength up to 9.72MPa,increased by 16.27%;the mixed with 5%slag,the Autoclaved Aerated Concrete dry bulk density is 690kg/m^(3),the compressive strength up to 9.38MPa,increased by 12.2%.The main hydration products of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete include calcium silicate hydrates(C-S-H),tobermorite,hydrogarnet,and not completely reactive silicon dioxide.
