上海居民就业的基本态势、问题挑战与应对策略

The Basic Situation,Challenges and Countermeasures of Shanghai Residents'Employment

对2021年18—65岁上海常住人口的抽样调查和近5年调查数据比较发现,上海居民的就业形势总体稳定,职业身份和就业形式进一步多元化,就业人员素质显著提高,就业人员工资收入快速增长,劳动保障进一步加强,就业人员对职业前景保持乐观。同时,青年就业压力增加、女性面临更严峻的失业风险和就业挑战、“三新”领域从业者劳动保障不足等问题也较为突出。为进一步促进高质量充分就业,应多渠道缓解青年就业压力,减轻女性“工作—家庭”冲突,加强对“三新”就业领域的平台监督和工会服务。

A sample survey of Shanghai residents aged 18-65 in 2021 and a comparison of survey data in the past five years show that the employment situation of Shanghai residents is generally stable,their professional identities and forms of employment are further diversified,the education level of employees is significantly improved,their wages are growing rapidly,their labor security is further strengthened,and their job prospects are positive.At the same time,the pressure on youth employment is increasing,women are facing more serious unemployment risks and employment challenges,and the lack of labor security for employers in the"three new"field is also huge.In order to further promote full employment with high quality,we should alleviate the employment pressure of young people through multiple channels,reduce the female"workfamily"conflict,and strengthen the platform supervision and union services in the"three new"employment fields.
