基层食品生产加工环节监管工作的实践与思考

摘要 为应对上级要求,各地将食品安全工作纳入综合考评体系,各地政府下辖的市场监督管理局承担着食品安全监管的主要任务,因此对市场监管队伍的能力和素质提出了极高的要求。对此,基层监管人员需结合工作实际,不断思考总结,顺利完成食品安全监管的重要任务。本文对基层食品生产环节的监管现状与存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的解决对策,以供参考。 In response to higher-level requirements,various regions have incorporated food safety work into their comprehensive evaluation system,and the market supervision and administration bureaus under local governments bear the main task of food safety supervision.Therefore,high requirements have been placed on the ability and quality of market supervision teams.In this regard,grassroots regulatory personnel need to combine their work reality,constantly think and summarize,and successfully complete the important task of food safety supervision.This article analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the supervision of grassroots food production processes,and proposes corresponding solutions for reference.
