随着我国经济的快速发展和人们生活水平的提高,食品安全问题越来越受到人们的关注。农贸市场是我国食品流通体系的重要组成部分,在保障人们的饮食安全方面起着至关重要的作用。然而,农贸市场食品安全监管仍然存在多种困境和问题,包括食品信息不完全、食品产业链复杂、监管功能尚未完全实现以及信息化监管技术应用不足等。基于此,本文提出可通过完善食品信息披露机制、建立全面的食品追溯体系、强化地方监管主体意识以及加强信息技术的应用等措施,确保农贸市场食品安全监管工作的顺利进行。

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,food safety issues are receiving increasing attention from people.Agricultural products market is an important part of China’s food circulation system and plays a vital role in ensuring people’s food safety.However,there are still many difficulties and problems in the food safety supervision of agricultural products market,including incomplete food information,complex food industry chain,incomplete supervision function and insufficient application of information supervision technology.Based on this,this paper proposes that measures such as improving the food information disclosure mechanism,establishing a comprehensive food traceability system,strengthening the awareness of local regulators and strengthening the application of information technology can be taken to ensure the smooth progress of food safety supervision in agricultural products market.
