食品理化检验质量管理措施研究

摘要 食品质量与人们的生命安全息息相关,为确保食品安全,应加强食品的理化检验。食品理化检验旨在防范食品安全隐患,在为公众提供食品安全保障的同时,也使食品安全监督与管理工作的落实有章可依。通过食品理化检验对食品安全进行评定与检测,在获得准确的食品理化数据的同时,也为监管部门提供决策依据,继而进一步提升食品安全监管质量与技术水平。本文基于食品理化检验视角,对质量管理措施及控制手段进行全面分析,旨在提升理化检验质量,严格把关食品安全的同时,巩固食品安全监管成效。 Food quality is closely related to people’s lives and health.To ensure food safety,physical and chemical inspection of food should be strengthened.The purpose of food physicochemical inspection is to prevent food safety hazards.While providing food safety guarantees to the public,it also provides a basis for the implementation of food safety supervision and management work.Evaluating and testing food safety through food physicochemical inspection not only obtains accurate food physicochemical data,but also provides decision-making basis for regulatory authorities,thereby further improving the quality and technical level of food safety supervision.Based on the perspective of food physicochemical inspection,this article comprehensively analyzes quality management measures and control methods,aiming to improve the quality of physicochemical inspection,strictly control food safety,and consolidate the effectiveness of food safety supervision.
