摘要
目的:对山东省临沂市2022年食品监督抽验结果进行分析,了解食品安全现状,查找风险点并提供对策。方法:用Excel,分别从各县区合格率、食品大类、不合格项,对全年24517批次食品抽验结果进行统计分析。结果:临沂市2022年各县区的食品抽验合格率在96.36%~98.42%,总体合格率为97.59%;不合格项分类中,农兽药残留超标、超限量超范围使用食品添加剂、理化质量不达标居前三位;炒货食品及坚果制品,食用油、油脂及其制品,蔬菜制品3个食品大类不合格率居前三位。结论:治理农兽药残留超标、超限量超范围使用添加剂等风险点,严控工艺流程中影响食品质量及易造成食品污染的关键点,打造食品安全群防共治格局,是提高食品质量的关键。
Objective:To analyze the results of food supervision sampling of Linyi city Shandong province in 2022,learn about the current situation of food safety,find out the risk points and provide solutions.Method:24517 batches of food sampling results were analyzed statistically by excel from the perspective of qualified rate,food categories and unqualified items of each county.Result:The qualified rate of food sampling of all counties and districts of Linyi City in 2022 ranges from 96.36%to 98.42%,the overall qualified rate is 97.59%;Among the classification of unqualified items,excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs,the use of food additives beyond the limit and beyond the scope,excessive physical and chemical quality of substandard rank the top three;the unqualified rate of top three food categories are roasted food and nut products,edible oil,grease and its products,vegetable products.Conclusion:The key to improve food quality is to control the risk points of excessive residue of agricultural and veterinary drugs,excessive limit and excessive range of additives,strictly control the key points affecting food quality and easy to cause food pollution in the production process,and build a collective prevention and treatment pattern for food safety.
