摘要
红豆越橘和欧洲越橘为常用于色素生产的越橘品种,为研究以这2个品种为原料的色素品质差异,在检测分析不同指标的基础上,对41批次分别以欧洲越橘和红豆越橘为原料的色素样品进行主成分分析,筛选重要品质评价指标,采用正交偏最小二乘法判别分析区分品种间品质的差异。结果表明,主成分分析将所有品质指标分为4个主成分,其累计贡献值达80.798%,可有效反映影响色素品质的主要指标;正交偏最小二乘法判别分析结果表明,灰分、锌、维生素C对区分这2个品种的色素贡献度最高,可为越橘色素的品质评价、品种鉴别提供理论依据。
Vaccinium vitis-idaea Linn.and Vaccinium myrtillus Linn.are commonly used in pigment production.In order to study the difference of pigment quality of these two varieties as raw materials,based on the detection and analysis of different indexes,principal component analysis was performed on 41 batches of pigment samples using Vaccinium myrtillus Linn.and Vaccinium vitis-idaea Linn.as raw materials,and important quality evaluation indexes were screened.Orthogonal partial least square discriminant analysis was used to distinguish the quality differences among varieties.The results showed that all quality indexes were generally divided into four principal components by principal component analysis,and the cumulative contribution value was 80.798%,which could reflect the main factors affecting pigment quality effectively.The results of discriminant analysis by orthogonal partial least square method showed that ash content,zinc and vitamin C had the highest contribution to distinguish the pigment of the two cultivars,which could provide a theoretical basis for the quality evaluation and variety identification of the pigment.
