近红外光谱技术作为新型检测分析技术,在食品微生物检测中发挥着重要作用。本文介绍了食品微生物检测中近红外光谱技术的基本原理、特点以及检测微生物的过程,同时针对近红外技术在食品检测中的具体应用进行了概述,并对其在食品微生物检测中的发展前景进行了展望。
As a new type of detection and analysis technology,near-infrared spectroscopy plays an important role in the detection of food microorganisms.This article introduces the basic principles,characteristics,and detection process of near-infrared spectroscopy technology in food microbiology detection.At the same time,it provides an overview of the specific applications of near-infrared technology in food detection,and prospects its development prospects in food microbiology detection.
