From Rejection to Acceptance:the New Ugly and the Visible Future

近年来,在深圳市平面设计协会(SGDA)、日本平面设计师协会(JAGDA)、东京字体指导俱乐部(TDC)等专业设计机构所举办的赛事中,有越来越多非标准意义的设计作品获得奖项。以高田唯(YuiTakada)为代表的、突破单一经典设计风格的“新丑风”设计引发了大量关注。新鲜特异的“非主流”“反经典”设计在大众媒体的加持下流行起来。“新丑风”作为视觉传达设计领域中的一个新兴研究对象,尝试对其发展趋势进行总结归纳,基于认知心理学的理论,用信息加工系统验证“新丑风”逐步被认同的过程,并描绘其未来发展的可能。

In recent years,more and more non-standard design works have won awards such as GDC,TDC,JAGDA prizes,etc.The "new ugly" design represented by Yui Takata,which breaks through the barrier built by classic design style,has attracted more attention.Fresh and idiosyncratic rebel designs are popularized by mass media.As an emerging research object in the field of visual communication design,this paper attempts to summarize the development trend of "new ugly style" and describe its future development.
