粉煤灰环境下胶带机通廊型钢结构静载试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 文中以祁连山水泥有限公司某既有跨越铁路的大跨度皮带通廊廊身钢桁架结构为案例,对长期粉煤灰环境下既有胶带机廊身型钢结构进行静载试验研究。研究发现,1/2荷载和满载工况下挠度、应力的实测值均小于理论计算值;型钢结构构件材料的应力最大工作值远小于其屈服强度235MPa;在各静载作用下,皮带廊廊身的挠度校验系数小于1,廊身结构构件的挠度、应力试验值小于理论计算值,可以确定皮带廊廊身结构、构件、支座无损伤,被检测位置皮带廊廊身均满足要求。研究成果对既有胶带机通廊廊身结构的检测、鉴定和加固设计具有重要意义。 Taking the steel truss structure of a large-span belt corridor crossing a railway in Qilian Mountain Cement Co.Ltd.,as an example,static load tests were conducted on the steel structure of the existing belt conveyor corridor in a long-term fly ash environment.Research has found that the measured values of deflection and stress under both half load and full load conditions are smaller than the theoretical calculation values;The maximum working stress value of the steel structural component material is much lower than its yield strength of 235MPa;Under various static loads,the deflection verification coefficient of the belt gallery body is less than 1,and the deflection and stress test values of the structural components of the gallery body are less than the theoretical calculation values.It can be determined that the structure,components,and supports of the belt gallery body are undamaged,and the tested position of the belt gallery body meets the requirements.The research results are of great significance for the detection,identification,and reinforcement design of the existing conveyor corridor structure.
