摘要
文中在明确后浇带施工类型的基础上,分析后浇带的作用,结合实例,探究该高层住宅项目后浇带施工中前期准备、支撑和模板预设、混凝土浇筑、裂缝控制等,减少结构不均匀沉降问题和渗漏风险,促进结构的优化,从而实现施工效益最大化,可为类似工程提供参考。
On the basis of clarifying the types of post pouring strip construction,this article analyzes the role of post pouring strip,and combines examples to explore the preliminary preparation,support and template presetting,concrete pouring,crack control,etc.in the post pouring strip construction of this high-rise residential project.Reduce the problem of uneven settlement and leakage risk in the structure,promote the optimization of the structure,and achieve maximum construction efficiency,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
