摘要
全生命周期的造价控制理论,即在分析工程造价影响因素的基础上,通过对项目建设决策阶段、招标阶段、设计阶段及施工、竣工阶段的一系列造价控制措施,保证项目建设的社会及经济效益。文中以A大道工程为例,引入全生命周期造价控制理论,降低了工程造价,对提高类似项目的社会及经济效益具有重要意义。
The cost control theory of the entire lifecycle is based on the analysis of the factors affecting engineering cost,through a series of cost control measures in the decision-making stage,bidding stage,design stage,construction and completion stage of project construction,ensure the social and economic benefits of project construction.In this paper,taking the A Avenue project as an example,introducing the theory of full lifecycle cost control,reduced the project costs.It is of great significance for improving the social and economic benefits of similar projects.
