高效液相色谱法同时检测彩妆类化妆品中8种着色剂 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立同时检测彩妆类化妆品中8种着色剂的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Welch AQ-C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为0.1%磷酸水溶液(A)-甲醇(B),梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长分别为230 nm(酸性橙11、直接棕95),380 nm(苯胺黄、溶剂黄3),530 nm(碱性红2、酸性紫9),540 nm(食品红14),600 nm(碱性蓝26),柱温为25℃,进样量为5μL。结果碱性红2、酸性紫9、溶剂黄3、苯胺黄、碱性蓝26、酸性橙11、直接棕95、食品红14质量浓度分别在2.5~381.7 mg/L、1.3~199.6 mg/L、1.9~296.5 mg/L、2.0~312.1 mg/L、2.0~313.9 mg/L、1.6~243.7 mg/L、2.4~373.6 mg/L、2.0~300.3 mg/L(r>0.9996)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好。粉基质类样品检测限为0.15~2.15 mg/kg,定量限为0.50~6.50 mg/kg;蜡基质类样品检测限为0.16~2.14 mg/kg,定量限为0.45~6.50 mg/kg。精密度试验结果的RSD均小于2.0%;8种成分在3 d内基本稳定。平均提取回收率为86.83%~108.65%,RSD均小于5.0%(n=9)。40批样品中仅1批眼影样品检出酸性紫9,含量为81.28 mg/kg。结论该方法操作简单,结果准确可靠,可用于检测彩妆类化妆品中8种着色剂。 Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the simultaneous detection of eight colorants in make-up cosmetics.Methods The chromatographic column was Welch AQ-C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm).The mobile phase was 0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution(A)-methanol(B)with gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelengths were 230 nm(acid orange 11,direct brown 95),380 nm(aniline yellow,solvent yellow 3),530 nm(basic red 2,acid violet 9),540 nm(food red 14)and 600 nm(basic blue 26),respectively.The column temperature was 25℃.The injection volume was 5μL.Results The linear ranges of basic red 2,acid violet 9,solvent yellow 3,aniline yellow,basic blue 26,acid orange 11,direct brown 95 and food red 14 were 2.5-381.7 mg/L,1.3-199.6 mg/L,1.9-296.5 mg/L,2.0-312.1 mg/L,2.0-313.9 mg/L,1.6-243.7 mg/L,2.4-373.6 mg/L,2.0-300.3 mg/L respectively(r>0.9996).The limit of detection and the limit of quantitation for powder samples were in the range of 0.15-2.15 mg/kg and 0.50-6.50 mg/kg respectively,and those for waxiness samples were in the range of 0.16-2.14 mg/kg and 0.45-6.50 mg/kg respectively.The RSD of precision test was lower than 2.0%,and the above eight components were generally stable within 3 d.The average recovery rate of eight components was in the range of 86.83%-108.65%,with RSDs lower than 5.0%(n=9).In 40 batches of samples,only one batch of eye shadow contained acid violet 9,with the content of 81.28 mg/kg.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and reliable,which can be used to detect the eight colorants in make-up cosmetics.
