摘要
DNA基因甲基化检测是近年来用于大肠癌(CRC)诊断的新手段之一。目前,与CRC发生和发展有关的高甲基化基因的研究较多。该文就CRC中常见的高甲基化基因,如黏结蛋白聚糖2基因、胞裂蛋白9基因、分泌型卷曲相关蛋白1基因及甲基化基因与其他常见技术联合检测的相关进展进行综述,旨在为后续探讨对CRC诊断有利的手段提供一定理论基础。
DNA gene methylation detection is one of the new methods used in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer(CRC)in recent years.At present,there are many researches on hypermethylated genes related to the occurrence and development of CRC.This article reviews the progress of the common hypermethylated genes in CRC,such as syndecan 2 gene,cleaved protein 9 gene,secreted frizzled-related protein 1 gene and methylated genes combined with other common techniques,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent exploration of beneficial diagnostic methods for CRC.
