基于CiteSpace对中医药防治骨质疏松性压缩性骨折的可视化分析

A visualized analysis of TCM prevention and treatment of osteoporotic compression fracture based on CiteSpace

目的:了解中医药防治骨质疏松性压缩性骨折研究现状及未来趋势。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库收录的中医药防治骨质疏松性压缩性骨折相关文献,运用CiteSpace 6.1.R2软件对作者、期刊、机构、关键词进行共现、聚类及突现分析并绘制可视化知识图谱。结果:经筛选共纳入416条文献,年度发文量呈现波动上升趋势,发文量最多的作者是梁木荣、王庆敏、吴志君等,并已形成稳定合作团队,但团队间缺乏合作;主要的研究机构有广州中医药大学、湖南中医药大学、福建中医药大学等中医院校及其附属医院,机构间合作具有地域分隔特点;关键词分析显示,中医药防治骨质疏松性压缩性骨折研究主要在研究对象、研究方法、干预措施与药物应用、作用机制、术后并发症等方面开展研究,研究类型以临床研究为主,干预措施以针灸、中药、中西医结合等方法为主,骨密度、骨代谢、术后并发症为目前研究的重点和趋势。结论:中医药疗法一直是我国治疗骨质疏松性压缩性骨折研究的重点和方向,疗效机制研究是未来的研究趋势和热点,促进各团队与机构间的学术交流与科研合作、开展高水平临床试验及基础研究有助于促进该领域进一步发展。

Objective:To understand the research status and future trend of TCM prevention and treatment of osteoporotic compression fracture.Methods:Literature on the prevention and treatment of osteoporotic compression fracture in traditional Chinese medicine collected in CNKI database was searched.CiteSpace 6.1.R2 software was used to conduct cooccurrence,clustering and emergent analyses of authors,journals,institutions and keywords,and to draw visual knowledge map.Results:After screening,a total of 416 articles were included,and the annual number of publications showed fluctuating upward trend.LIANG Murong,WANG Qingmin,and WU Zhijun published most articles.Although several stable research teams had been formed,there was a lack of cooperation among the teams.The main research institutions included Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,Fujian University of Chinese Medicine,and other traditional Chinese medicine colleges and their affiliated hospitals.The cooperation among institutions was characterized by regional separation.Keyword analysis showed that the research on TCM for osteoporotic compression fracture focused on the research object,the research methods,interventions and drug application,mechanism of action,postoperative complications,etc.The research type was mainly clinical research,and the intervention measures were mainly acupuncture,TCM medicine,integration of TCM and Western medicine,etc.Bone mineral density,bone metabolism and postoperative complications were the focus and trend of current research.Conclusion:TCM therapy has been the research focus and direction of osteoporotic compression fracture in our country,and therapeutic mechanism is the research trend and hotspot.Promoting academic exchanges and scientific research cooperation between teams and institutions,and carrying out high-level clinical trials and basic research are conducive to promote the further development of this field.
