路广晁教授辨证思路浅析

A brief analysis of Professor LU Guangchao’s differentiation thinking

路广晁教授是全国知名专家,山东省名中医药专家。笔者在跟随路师学习期间,对其经验进行总结,现将路师临床辨证思路浅析如下:①临床重辨证,提纲又挈领。辨证论治是中医学两大理论基础之一,也是先人留给我们的宝贵财富。而辨证论治又以辨证为先导,辨证是论治的前提,是临床处方遣药的依据,只有辨证准确,才能投药有据,力起沉疴。路师常谓:“临床诊病首重辨证,辨证准确,方能提纲挈领,方能药半功倍。”②辨证重八纲,诸法皆来尝。路老在辨证时首重八纲辨证,往往能辨证准确,论治取效。路老认为八纲辨证是辨证的核心,其中又以虚实为要。因此路老辨证首重虚实。3.辨证重整体,处方最相宜。路老诊病非常重视整体观念,常把整体观念贯穿于整个辨证过程中,把二者有机结合起来,临床取效甚速。4.辨证需细化,处方效更佳。路师在继承传统中医思路,重视辨证的同时,亦常常强调辨证需系统化、微观化。5.舌为胃之镜,脾胃舌诊灵。路师在临床辨证时亦对舌诊的作用倍加推崇,常谓:“脾胃疾病症状乱,唯有舌诊能保全”。6.病证相结合,论治效力绝。路师临证重视辨证论治的同时,亦时时强调辨病论治的重要作用。

Professor LU Guangchao is a national well-known expert and a famous TCM expert in Shandong Province.The author has the honor of learning from Professor LU and summarizes his clinical dialectical thinking as follows:1.Paying attention to clinical syndrome differentiation.Treatment based on syndrome differentiation is one of the two theoretical bases of traditional Chinese medicine,and it is also the precious wealth left to us by our ancestors.Differentiation of symptoms and signs is the precondition of treatment and the basis of clinical prescription.Only with accurate differentiation of symptoms and signs can drug administration be effective.2.Paying attention to syndrome differentiation of eight principles.Professor LU holds that syndrome differentiation of eight principles is the core of syndrome differentiation,of which deficiency and excess is very important.Therefore,Professor LU distinguishes deficiency and excess in syndrome differentiation of eight principles accurately and achieves effect significantly.3.Paying attention to the integration concept in syndrome differentiation.Professor LU attaches great importance to the integration concept of diagnosis and usually puts the integration concept through the whole process of syndrome differentiation,and organically combines the two together to get a very quick clinical effect.4.Syndrome differentiation needs to be refined,and the prescription effect is better.Professor LU inherits the thought of traditional Chinese medicine and attaches importance to the differentiation of syndromes,and also emphasizes that the differentiation of syndromes should be systematized and microscopic.5.Paying attention to tongue,which is regarded as the stomach mirror in the spleen and stomach tongue diagnosis.Professor LU praises highly the role of tongue diagnosis in clinical syndrome differentiation,and often says:“spleen and stomach disease symptoms are in chaos,only the tongue diagnosis can differentiate it”.6.Paying attention to the combination of disease and syndrome,which achieves effectiveness in treatment.Professor LU emphasizes the importance of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and also emphasizes the importance of disease differentiation in treatment.
