运用血府逐瘀汤合苓桂术甘汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果分析

The clinical effect of the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction plus the Linggui Zhugan decoction on chronic heart failure

目的:探讨并观察运用血府逐瘀汤合苓桂术甘汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:本次研究对象选取2019年1月-2020年7月佛山市高明区中医院接收的慢性心力衰竭患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各40例,对照组患者接受常规药物治疗,试验组患者在对照组的基础上行血府逐瘀汤合苓桂术甘汤加减治疗,对比两组治疗效果,心功能相关指标及治疗前后两组患者血清脑钠肽(Brain Natriuretic Peptide,BNP)、超敏C反应蛋白(Hypersensitive C-reactive Protein,hs-CRP)的含量情况。结果:治疗前两组患者BNP、hs-CRP含量恢复情况、心功能相关指标、中医证候积分对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组BNP、hs-CRP均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组心功能相关指标恢复情况均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组中医证候积分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性心力衰竭患者运用血府逐瘀汤合苓桂术甘汤加减治疗可有效提高疗效,改善患者临床症状和心功能情况,安全性良好,该方是治疗慢性心力衰竭的有效方剂。

Objective:To explore and observe the clinical effect of the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction plus the Linggui Zhugan decoction(血府逐瘀汤合苓桂术甘汤加减)on chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic heart failure treated in Gaoming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to July 202 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional medicine,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction plus the Linggui Zhugan decoction on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The therapeutic effects,the levels of serum BNP and hs-CRP in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in BNP and hs-CRP levels,cardiac function-related indexes and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,BNP and hs-CRP in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of heart function in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome scores in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xuefu Zhuyu decoction plus the Linggui Zhugan decoction can effectively improve the curative effect of patients with chronic heart failure,relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the cardiac function,and has a good safety,it is an effective prescription for the treatment of chronic heart failure.
