摘要
聚合物驱油技术已成为海上油田提高采收率的重要手段。笼统技术已不能满足精细调控化学驱的需求,因此发展了地面分注技术和单管分层化学驱测调技术。研究了地面分注技术和单管分层化学驱测调技术的设计原理和特点,分析了2种化学驱技术的优缺点和适用条件,统计分析了2种技术的现场应用效果。在此基础上,对海上油田化学驱技术的持续优化和改进,提出了双介质分层化学驱技术和有缆智能分层化学驱技术,以期解决海上油田日益复杂和严苛的开发环境带来的更高的技术需求,助力海上油田向着数字化和智能化的方向发展。
Polymer flooding technology has become an important means to improve oil recovery in offshore oil fields.General chemical flooding technology can no longer meet the needs of fine regulation of chemical flooding,so surface separate injection technology and single pipe layered chemical flooding testing and debugging technology have been developed.The design principles and characteristics of surface separate injection technology and single pipe layered chemical flooding testing technology were studied,the advantages,disadvantages,and application conditions of the two chemical flooding technologies were analyzed,and the field application effects of the two technologies were statistically discussed.On this basis,two solutions are provided for the continuous optimization and improvement of chemical drive technology in offshore oil fields,namely,dual medium layered chemical flooding technology and wireline intelligent layered chemical flooding technology,to solve the higher technical requirements brought by the increasing complex and harsh development environment of offshore oil fields,and help offshore oil fields to develop towards digitalization and intelligence.
