单筒四井井口采油树结构设计与有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 随着对海洋油气开采产量与效率的要求日益增加,对井口的安全性以及实用性提出了更高的要求。以中海油湛江分公司“上产2 000万m~3油气科技专项”为依托,在有限的空间与井槽内设计了1种单筒四井井口采油树。该井口采油树可提供4个通道,同时进行油气开采,并采用内部锁紧式结构,减少井口本身的泄漏点,提高了安全性。通过SOLIDWORKS软件进行三维模型建立,并利用ANSYS WORKBENCH软件对单筒四井井口采油树中的关键部件进行有限元分析,得到了应力分布云图,验证了结构设计的正确性。为试验与现场应用提供理论基础。 With the increasing requirements for the production and efficiency of oily and gas in marine mining,higher requirements have been put on the safety and practicality of the wells.Based on the “Science and Technology Project of Producing 20 million square meters” of CNOOC Zhanjiang Branch,4 in 1 MMW-1 and Christmas tree was designed in the limited space and well groove.The 4 in 1 MMW-1 and Christmas tree provide four channels for simultaneous oil and gas production and have an internal locking structure that reduces leak points and improves safety.The 3D model was established by SOLIDWORKS software and finite element analysis was carried out on the key components of the 4 in 1 MMW-1 and Christmas tree with ANSYS WORKBENCH software.The stress distribution was obtained,which verified the correctness of the design and provided a theoretical basis for the subsequent test and field application.
