摘要
为了解决“三低”致密气藏积液气井的排水采气问题,同时解决现有泡沫排水、速度管柱及柱塞气举等排水采气工艺不能根据井下实际工况进行精准排水采气,且井筒积液排除不彻底、排液效率低等问题,研制了致密气藏井下智能排水采气装置。该装置采用井筒温度梯度的温度值作为控制参数,采取小闭环控制技术,实现智能排水采气。试验结果表明,智能排水采气装置实现了精准探液面、逐级定量排水功能,排水效率高,使井筒产气量显著提高。
In order to solve the problem of drainage and gas production of gas wells with liquid accumulation in“three low”tight gas reservoirs,while the existing drainage and gas production processes such as foam drainage,velocity string,and plunger gas lift can not conduct accurate drainage and gas production according to the actual downhole conditions,problems such as incomplete elimination of wellbore fluid accumulation and low drainage efficiency,the downhole intelligent drainage gas production device for the tight gas reservoir was developed.The device uses the temperature value of the wellbore temperature gradient as the control parameter,and small closed-loop control technology is adopted to realize intelligent drainage and gas production.The test results show that the intelligent drainage gas production device realizes the functions of precise liquid level detection and quantitative drainage step by step,the drainage efficiency is high,and the gas production in the wellbore is significantly increased.
