摘要
为解决深井、超深井井底高温环境下随钻工具和精密仪器失效、钻井液性能不稳定等问题,研制了高温钻井液冷却装置。在参考国内外同类产品功能和技术参数的基础上,对关键部件和换热参数进行选型和计算。采用模块化结构设计,解决了超限运输和现场安装问题;采用一键式恒温自控技术,匹配不同工况需求,实现系统多流程冷却、自动恒温、反冲洗和液位补偿等功能切换;多流程冗余设计,解决部件故障或换热器堵塞及长时间停机难题。现场应用表明,研制的高温钻井液冷却装置能自动循环冷却大排量高温钻井液,运行稳定、操作简单、维护方便,具有良好推广应用前景。
In order to solve the problems such as the failure of drilling tools and precision instruments and the instability of drilling fluid properties under high temperature environment in deep and ultra-deep Wells,a high temperature drilling fluid cooling device was developed.On the premise of referring to the function and technical parameters of similar products at home and abroad,the selection and calculation of key components and heat transfer process are carried out.Three key technologies are adopted:Modular structure design,which solves the problems of over-limit transportation and on-site installation;One-button constant temperature automatic control technology,matching different working conditions to achieve the system multi-process cooling,automatic constant temperature,backwashing and liquid level compensation function switch;Multi-process redundancy design,to solve the problem of component failure or heat exchanger blockage,long time shutdown.Field application shows that the developed high temperature drilling fluid cooling device can automatically circulate and cool large displacement high temperature drilling fluid,stable operation,simple operation,convenient maintenance,and has good application prospects.
