摘要
滑动导向是钻定向井及水平井常用的导向技术。在定向钻进过程中,钻柱拖压严重,钻井效率和机械钻速低,并且严重限制了水平段长度。针对滑动导向工具在定向钻进阶段摩阻较大的问题,研制了一种定向井液力耦合钻井工具。该工具能够调节上方钻柱传递至下方钻具的转矩,保证在定向钻进阶段其上方钻柱持续旋转,从而降低摩阻。介绍了该工具的结构和工作原理,对工具产生的驱动转矩进行计算分析。通过有限元分析,对该工具的关键零部件进行强度计算,结果显示各零件的强度均满足设计要求,验证了工具结构的可靠性。通过室内试验得到工具的输出转矩曲线。
Sliding steering is a common technique for directional wells and horizontal wells.During the process of directional drilling,the drag of the drill string is serious,the drilling efficiency and ROP are low,and the horizontal section length is severely limited.To solve the problem of large friction of sliding steering in directional drilling,a hydraulic coupling drilling tool for directional wells was proposed.This tool can regulate the torque transferred from the upper drill string to the lower drill string,allowing continuous rotation above the drill string during the directional drilling phase to reduce friction.The structural design and operating principle of the tool were presented,and the driving torque generated by the tool was calculated and analyzed.Through the finite element simulation,the strength of key parts of the tool was calculated,the results show that the strength of each part meets the requirements and the reliability of the tool structure is verified,and the output torque curve of the tool was obtained through laboratory tests.
