防砂埋插入式分层压裂管柱研究与应用

摘要 针对常规简易压裂管柱将2个以上Y344型封隔器串接在外径为?244.5 mm套管内容易砂卡的问题,研究了防砂埋插入式分层压裂工艺管柱。该工艺管柱通过下层丢手Y445型封隔器和上层定位密封插入的方式避免2个Y344型封隔器串接,减少压裂后管柱上提力。通过WELLCAT软件模拟和参数优化,均衡了管柱在全井段三轴应力的安全系数,得到管柱收缩规律和井口的阶梯式施工压力,并成功应用。 In order to solve the problem of sand jamming in a conventional simple fracturing string withmore than two Y344 packers in series in a 244.5 mm outer diameter casing,the sand control embedded layered fracturing string technology was studied.The processing string avoids the connection of two Y344packers in series by releasing the Y445packer at the lower layer and positioning and sealing the insertion at the upper layer,reducing the lifting force of the string after fracturing.Through WELLCAT software simulation and parameter optimization,the safety factor of the triaxial stress in the whole well section was balanced,and the contraction pattern of the tubular string and the stepped construction pressure at the wellhead were obtained and successfully applied.
