摘要 针对现有的深水水下井口连接器体积大、结构复杂且制造成本高的问题,考虑浅水水下作业环境,设计了一种浅水水下井口连接器(EZ-LOCK),该连接器通过压盖、卡块和顶丝与井口型面的机械配合,实现水下采油树和水下井口的锁紧和解锁。根据浅水水下钻完井作业工况载荷,对水下井口连接器进行了作业流程模拟和局部失效评估,结果表明该水下井口连接器设计结构合理,未发生局部失效。依据API 17D标准对水下井口连接器工程样机开展了性能验证试验,进一步验证了水下井口连接器的使用性能和可靠性。研制的浅水水下井口连接器结构简单,安全可靠,成本低,潜水员水下操作方便,目前已成功在渤海完成了海上试验并开始示范应用。本文研究成果为浅水水下井口和采油树系统的应用打下了基础。 Based on the working environment in shallow water and the difficulties of large volume,complex structure,and high manufacturing cost of existing deep-water subsea wellhead connectors,a shallow water subsea wellhead connector(EZ-LOCK)is independently designed.The connector can lock and unlock the Christmas tree and the wellhead by mechanical cooperation with the wellhead profile through the gland,clamp block and jacking wire.According to the working condition load of shallow water drilling and completion,the operation process simulation and local failure assessment of the subsea wellhead connector are carried out.The results show that the design structure of the subsea wellhead connector is reasonable and there is no local failure.According to API Spec 17D,performance verification tests are carried out on the subsea wellhead connector engineering prototype,which further verify the service performance and reliability of the subsea wellhead connector.The developed shallow water subsea wellhead connector has the advantages of simple structure,safety and reliability,low cost,and is easy for divers to operate.Currently,it has been successfully tested and applied on a demonstration basis in Bohai sea.The research results of this paper have laid a foundation for the application of shallow water subsea wellhead and Christmas tree systems.
