抚触护理联合循证护理在缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿中的应用价值

Application value of touch nursing combined with evidence-based nursing in newborns with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy

目的:探讨抚触护理联合循证护理在缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿中的应用价值。方法:选取本院收治的缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿82例,回顾性分析患儿的临床资料,根据不同护理方案将其分为两组,各41例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用抚触护理联合循证护理,12个月后比较两组患儿护理前后的运动功能、发育商(DQ)和神经系统后遗症发生率。结果:护理前观察组患儿的粗大运动功能测量表(GMFM)评分(81.45±7.91)分与对照组的(81.63±8.26)分比较无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后观察组的GMFM评分(95.46±10.57)分高于对照组的(88.74±8.62)分(P<0.05);护理前观察组的DQ(76.08±10.45)与对照组的(77.52±10.38)比较无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后观察组的DQ(91.38±6.41)高于对照组的(86.19±8.26)(P<0.05);观察组神经系统后遗症发生率(9.76%)低于对照组(29.27%)(P<0.05)。结论:在缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿中应用抚触护理联合循证护理能够有效促进患儿运动功能恢复,提高认知发育功能,减少神经系统后遗症。

Objective:To explore the application value of touch nursing combined with evidence-based nursing in newborns with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods:82 newborns with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy treated in our hospital were selected,and the clinical data of the children were analyzed retrospectively.According to different nursing schemes,they were divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with touch nursing combined with evidence-based nursing.After 12 months,the motor function of the two groups were compared before and after nursing Development quotient(DQ)and incidence of neurological sequelae.Results:There was no significant difference in the score of gross motor function scale(GMFM)(81.45±7.91)between the observation group and the control group(81.63±8.26)(P>0.05);After nursing,the GMFM score of the observation group(95.46±10.57)was higher than that of the control group(88.74±8.62)(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in DQ between the observation group(76.08±10.45)and the control group(77.52±10.38)(P>0.05);After nursing,the DQ of the observation group(91.38±6.41)was higher than that of the control group(86.19±8.26)(P<0.05);The incidence of neurological sequelae in the observation group(9.76%)was lower than that in the control group(29.27%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of touch nursing combined with evidence-based nursing in newborns with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy can effectively promote the recovery of motor function,improve cognitive development function and reduce neurological sequelae.
