中医药浴治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicinebath on children with upper respiratory tract infection

目的:探究中医药浴治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的临床治疗疗效。方法:对本门诊2019年7月至2022年7月收治的300例小儿上呼吸道感染患者作为本次临床研究资料,根据不同的治疗方式将其随机分为两组,并命名为对照组和治疗组,其中150例对照组患儿采用西医口服药物治疗方式,150例治疗组患儿采用中医药浴外治方式。结果:治疗组治疗后24h、48h、72h体温监测值均比对照组低(P<0.05)。两组患儿临床治疗疗效对比观察,治疗组患儿治疗总有效率为80.00%,对照组患儿治疗总有效率为52.67%,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与西医口服药物治疗方式相比,中医药浴治疗小儿上呼吸道感染临床疗效更好,因此在今后的小儿上呼吸道感染疾病治疗中,要注重中医药浴治疗方式的临床应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine bath in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods:300 children with upper respiratory tract infection treated in the outpatient clinic of our center from July 2019 to July 2022 were randomly divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,and named as control group and treatment group.150 children in the control group were treated with western medicine and 150 children in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine bath.Results:The temperature monitoring values of the treatment group at 24 hours,48 hours,and 72 hours after treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 80.00%in the treatment group and 52.67%in the control group,the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the oral drug treatment of western medicine,the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine bath in the treatment of children with upper respiratory tract infection is better,so we should pay attention to the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine bath in the treatment of children with upper respiratory tract infection in the future.
