欧盟TSI铁路机车车辆防火安全研究

Research on EU TSI fire safety requirements for railway rolling stock

随着我国轨道车辆事业快速发展,出口欧洲项目不断增多,品牌国际影响力也不断增强。但我国机车车辆防火安全标准体系与欧盟发达地区存在差异,导致部分产品在欧盟铁路TSI认证验收环节遇到阻碍,制约移动装备产品“走出去”战略。以防火和逃生疏散2个方向为线索,深度解析欧盟TSI铁路机车车辆防火安全技术规范,内容涵盖材料阻燃、火灾探测系统、火灾抑制和控制系统(FCCS)、烟气控制以及火灾情况下运行能力等多方面要求,以期为我国轨道交通装备出口认证以及国内机车车辆防火标准制定提供参考。

In recent years,with the rapid development of the domestic rail vehicle industry,the number of export projects to Europe has continued to increase,and the brand's international influence has continued to be enhanced.However,due to the technical differences between the domestic rolling stock fire safety standard system and the developed regions of the European Union,some products have encountered obstacles in the acceptance of TSI certification,which has restricted the "going out" strategy of products.Based on this situation,this paper takes fire protection and escape and evacuation as the main clues to deeply analyze the requirements of the European Union TSI railway rolling stock fire safety part.The content covers the requirements for the materials flame retardancy,fire detection systems,fire containment and control systems(FCCS),smoke control,and running capability in case of fire,hoping to provide refevence for the rail transit equipment export business and the domestic formulation of fire protection standards for rolling stock.
