基于文献分析的专利核心发明人识别与评价方法综述

A review of identification and evaluation methods for patent core inventors based on literature analysis

识别和发现核心发明人对于企业人才战略布局、追踪核心技术等具有重要意义。目前核心发明人的识别方法主要基于计量指标方法和社会网络分析方法,2种方法评价目标不同,各有优势和不足。核心发明人的涵义没有统一的概念,研究人员通常依据不同的研究目的来界定核心发明人的范围,选择不同的识别方法,不同方法揭示的核心发明人不尽相同,智能化识别及多种方法结合运用是研究的主要趋势。基于内容分析法对国内外相关文献进行梳理和内容分析,揭示目前专利核心发明人的识别或挖掘方法的研究现状。

Identifying and discovering core inventors is significant for the strategic layout of enterprise talent and tracking core technologies.It is found that the current identification methods of core inventors are mainly based on the measurement index method and social network analysis method,with different evaluation objectives and advantages and disadvantages.There is no unified concept of the meaning of core inventors.Researchers usually define the scope of core inventors according to different research purposes and choose different identification methods.Different methods reveal different core inventors.Intelligent recognition and the combination of various methods are the main research trends.Based on the content analysis method,this paper combs and analyzes the relevant literature at home and abroad to reveal the current research status of the identification or mining methods of patent core inventors.
