体积比稀释-ICP法测定风电机组液压油中磨损和添加剂元素含量

Determination of the Wear and Additive Element Contents in Hydraulic Oil for Wind Turbines by the Volumetric Ratio Dilution-ICP Method

摘要 采用体积比稀释-ICP法测定在用液压油中磨损元素(铜、铁)和添加剂元素(磷、锌、钙)含量,对比质量比稀释法,该方法取样快速、高效,对比灰化法和微波消解法,该方法可降低分析成本、节省时间。通过实验结果可知,该方法具有较好的线性、较高的精密度和准确度,适用于大批量的在用液压油快速分析,且更易于实现设备的自动化操作。 The volumetric ratio dilution ICP method was used to determine the content of wear elements(copper,iron)and additive elements(phosphorus,zinc,calcium)in the hydraulic oil in use.Compared with the mass ratio dilution method,the method is quick and efficient in sampling;compared with the ashing method and the microwave digestion method,the method can reduce the analysis cost and saves time.Through the experimental results,the method has a better linear e-quation and a high precision and accuracy,which is suitable for rapid analysis of large-scale in-use hydraulic oil and is eas-ierto realizetheautomatic operation ofequipment.
