我国高等药学教育改革十年来的创新与实践

Innovation and Practice in The Past Ten Years of Reform of Higher Pharmaceutical Education in China

高等药学教育的高质量发展是实现健康中国战略,满足人民日益增长的健康需求,推动我国生物医药产业发展走向世界的重要基石。笔者以教育部高等学校药学类专业教学指导委员会的视角,回顾总结2012~2022年高等药学教育围绕“新药创制人才”和“临床药学服务人才”的培养使命,在药学人才培养模式改革、“四新”教育改革、药学教育教学新基建、高等药学教育质量保障体系等十个方面的创新发展举措,根据党的二十大提出“建设中国式现代化”的命题,对如何建设“中国式高等药学教育现代化”进行展望,提出关键环节创新人才自主培养的改革方向。

The high-quality development of higher pharmaceutical education is a crucial foundation for achieving the healthy China strategy,meeting the increasing health needs of the people,and promoting the global advancement of China’s biomedical industry.This article provides a review and summary of innovative development measures taken by higher pharmaceutical education from 2012 to 2022 in ten aspects,as viewed by the Pharmaceutical Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education.These measures center on the cultivation of“new drug discovery talents”and“clinical pharmaceutical service talents”and include reforms to pharmaceutical talent cultivation mode,education reform of new engineering,new medicine,new agriculture,and new liberal arts,infrastructure construction of pharmaceutical education and teaching,quality assurance systems of higher pharmaceutical education,etc.Based on the proposition of“building Chinese modernization”presented in the Party′s 20th National Congress,this article looks ahead to how to build“Chinese higher pharmaceutical education modernization”and proposes the reform direction of self-cultivation of innovative talents in key links.
