基于倾向性匹配的消毒供应中心工作人员职业暴露危险因素分析 被引量:1

Analysis of risk factors of occupational exposure in CSSD staff based on propensity score matching

摘要 目的分析消毒供应中心(CSSD)工作人员职业暴露危险因素,为降低职业暴露风险提供依据。方法2021年3月1—31日对某市医疗机构CSSD工作人员进行问卷调查。运用倾向性评分匹配(PSM)对职业暴露组和非职业暴露组进行1:1匹配,分析职业暴露人员特征。采用单因素和logistic回归方法分析CSSD工作人员职业暴露危险因素。结果PSM成功匹配74对病例。职业暴露组与非职业暴露组相比,手套佩戴情况、职业暴露知识水平和工作环境满意度等因素差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);职业暴露独立危险因素为环境满意度和职业暴露知识评分。结论CSSD工作人员职业暴露发生率较高,应加强环节监控,注重职业防护培训的效果。 Objective To analyze the risk factors of occupational exposure of staff in central sterile supply department(CSSD),and to provide a theoretical basis for reducing the risk of occupational exposure.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among CSSD staff in a medical institution in a city from March 1 to 31,2021.Using propensity score matching(PSM),the occupational exposure group and the non-occupational exposure group were matched 1:1 to analyze the characteristics of occupational exposure personnel.Univariate and logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the risk factors of occupational exposure of staff in CSSD.Results 74 pairs of cases were successfully matched by PSM.There were statistically significant differences between the occupational exposure group and the non-occupational exposure group in factors such as glove wearing,knowledge level of occupational exposure,and work environment satisfaction(P<0.05).The independent risk factors for occupational exposure of CSSD staff were environmental satisfaction and knowledge score of occupational exposure.Conclusion The incidence of occupational exposure of CSSD staff is relatively high.It is necessary to strengthen link monitoring,and pay attention to the effect of occupational protection training.
