家庭教育指导是为落实立德树人教育根本任务而对家长开展的指导、支持和服务等工作,是政府主导下多部门参与的系统工程,学校在其实施过程中发挥着主渠道和主力军作用。与其他实施主体相比,学校开展家庭教育指导是高质量完成学校教育工作的应有之义,体现在学校教育工作的全过程,具有同步性、针对性、便捷性、互惠性等特征。从指导的内容来看,学校和教师应该帮助家长明确法定责任,指导家庭建设,优化家庭环境,引导家长树立正确的教育理念并掌握科学的教育方法,学会配合学校工作,利用社会资源。学校和教师应树立协同意识,结合儿童成长过程中存在的问题以及家长的实际需要开展家庭教育指导工作,综合利用日常沟通、家长会、家长委员会、家访、家长开放日等家校联系的主要渠道从而创造性地开展家庭教育指导工作。

Family education guidance is the work of guiding,supporting and serving parents in order to carry out the fundamental task of moral education and cultivating people.It is a systematic project with the participation of multiple departments under the guidance of the government.Schools play a role of main channel and main force in its implementation process.Compared with other subjects of implementation,it is the duty of schools to carry out family education guidance,which is reflected in the whole process of school education and has the characteristics of synchronicity,pertinence,convenience and reciprocity.Referring to the content of family education guidance,schools and teachers should help parents clarify legal responsibilities,guide the construction of family,optimize the family environment,lead parents to establish correct educational concepts and grasp scientific educational methods,learn to cooperate with schools,and make use of social resources.Schools and teachers should establish a collaborative awareness,combine the problems existing in the process of children's growth and the parents' needs to carry out the work of family education guidance,and comprehensively use the main channels of daily communication,parent meetings,parent committees,home visits,and parent open days to creatively carry out family education guidance work.
