摘要
教育惩戒的实施与校本德育课程的开发在目标、形态和范围上存在高度的理论契合。中小学教育惩戒实施的“少年法庭”模式可以为这种理论契合提供实践转换的范例。校本德育课程中教育惩戒的嵌入可以实现“德法双治”的教育效果,可以实现“制度-知识-生活”德育的整合,可以强化学生的自我教育和集体教育。
There is a high degree of theoretical fit between the implementation of educational punishment and the development of school-based moral education curriculum in terms of goal,form and scope.The teen court model of punishment implementation in primary and secondary schools can provide a practical example for this kind of theoretical fit.The embedment of educational punishment in school-based moral education curriculum can realize dual educational effect of morality and law,can realize the integration of institution,knowledge and life moral education,and can strengthen students' self-education and collective education.
