摘要
从催化剂和工艺技术2方面介绍以脂肪酸甲酯为原料制备脂肪醇的技术发展。均相催化剂和贵金属催化剂在脂肪醇制备方面具有很好的转化率和选择性,但工业化应用中更偏向于Cu基的非均相催化剂。工艺技术方面主要是以固定床/滴流床为主,通过原料预分离、汽化加氢、超临界工艺和添加溶剂这4个方面进行工艺改进和优化。最后,对国外专利商戴维、花王和汉高在工业化制备天然脂肪醇方面具有较强的技术和工业经验进行了介绍。
The technology development in preparing fatty alcohols from fatty acid methyl esters is introduced from two aspects,i.e.,catalysts and process technologies.Homogeneous catalysts and noble metal catalysts have good conversion and selectivity in the preparation of fatty alcohols,but Cu-based heterogeneous catalysts are preferred in industrial applications.In terms of process technologies,fixed bed/trickle bed are mainly used,and process improvement and optimization are mainly carried out from four aspects,i.e.,raw material pre-separation,vapor-phase hydrogenation,supercritical process,and solvent addition.Foreign patent holders such as Davy,Kao Corp.,and Henkel who have strong technical and industrial experience in the industrial preparation of natural fatty alcohols are introduced.Their patented technologies are also introduced.
